Experiences
EmpowerHer Jaipur – Co-Founder
As co-founder of EmpowerHer, I built a platform centered on dignity, confidence, and opportunity for girls and young women in Jaipur. Our work ranges from story-sharing circles and curated clothing drives to hands-on art workshops like canvas painting at Rays Girls NGO. Every initiative is designed to break stigma and amplify voices, proving that small, thoughtful acts of empowerment can create lasting change.

Vorfreude – HR Intern & Event Team Member (Mar 2024 – Mar 2025)
Over a year of service with Vorfreude allowed me to blend organizational leadership with on-ground impact. In HR, I oversaw editorial and graphic design teams, streamlined volunteer coordination, and strengthened internal communications. As part of the Jaipur Events Team, I volunteered at NGOs and orphanages across the city, supporting campaigns that brought structure, creativity, and joy to underserved communities. I was honored with the Best Volunteer Title in the organization for my commitment and consistency.

Antigone Organisation – Core Volunteer
At NGOs such as Surman Sansthan (Jaipur), I designed and facilitated interactive workshops on gender equity, children’s rights, and emotional well-being for shelter residents. These sessions emphasized dialogue, trust, and creative engagement, helping to create spaces where young voices could be heard and valued.
Musica Universalis – Event Management Head (Aug 2024 – Aug 2025)
As Head of Events at Musica Universalis, I lead outreach that uses music as a universal language to connect with underprivileged children across Rajasthan. By curating interactive sessions and managing volunteers, I’ve seen firsthand how music can dissolve barriers and bring joy, creativity, and confidence into young lives.

Students for Collaborative Change (SFCC) – Volunteer
Contributed to a 12-hour livestream raising awareness around mental, digital, and physical health in Kota. This project underscored the power of youth-led dialogue in tackling sensitive, urgent issues in society.
Additional School Contributions
From compèring Flair Fest to managing ticketing and stalls at TAS events, I’ve consistently stepped up to handle the behind-the-scenes work that makes events successful. Moreover, I took responsibility for coordinating younger students of Grades 6 to 7 on Teachers’ Day—a small but early reminder that leadership begins with service.
