Community Service
Experiences
Antigone Organisation – Core Volunteer
Through Antigone, I worked closely with NGOs like Surman Sansthan, designing and leading workshops on gender equity, children’s rights, and emotional well-being. Using art, discussion, and storytelling, I helped make sensitive topics accessible for children and young adults. I also planned session themes, adapted activities for different age groups, and ensured each participant felt heard. The experience strengthened my empathy and taught me that community work relies as much on listening as on action.
Vorfreude – Event Team Member (Mar 2024 – Apr 2025)
My year with Vorfreude allowed me to blend strategic leadership with community engagement. As part of the Jaipur Events Team, I helped design and run NGO visits and orphanage drives, creating interactive workshops and structured campaigns for children. These experiences showed me how meaningful impact comes from coordination, empathy, and clear communication. Receiving the Best Volunteer Title reinforced the value of consistent, behind-the-scenes effort.
Farming & Sustainability
Hands-on experience working at my family’s farm in Vatika, Jaipur, where I learned the real value of sustainability and hard work. From early mornings spent planting and harvesting to understanding irrigation and soil care, I experienced the patience and discipline that farming demands. The work deepened my appreciation for rural livelihoods and responsible food production, teaching me how sustainability is built not through theory, but through consistent, mindful effort. This experience grounded me in values of perseverance, respect for nature, and long-term thinking—principles I carry into every project I pursue.
Students for Collaborative Change (SFCC) – Volunteer
Volunteered for a 12-hour live-stream event aimed at raising awareness about mental, digital, and physical health among students in Kota, a city known for its high academic pressure. I helped coordinate discussions, managed audience interactions, and collaborated with student organizers from across India to keep the dialogue engaging throughout the day. The experience taught me how powerful youth-led platforms can be in normalizing difficult conversations about stress, well-being, and balance. It reinforced my belief that meaningful change begins with empathy, open communication, and the courage to address the issues most people shy away from.
EmpowerHer Jaipur – Co-Founder
As co-founder of EmpowerHer Jaipur, I helped build a student-led initiative focused on dignity and opportunity for girls and young women. Through story-sharing circles, curated clothing drives, and creative workshops like canvas painting, we aim to break stigma and replace charity with choice. Leading EmpowerHer has shown me the realities women face in underserved communities and strengthened my belief in youth-led, empathetic social impact.
Helping hand at school
From compèring Flair Fest to managing ticketing and food stalls at TAS events, I’ve consistently taken initiative to handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps school events running smoothly. Whether it meant coordinating logistics, managing crowds, or ensuring every small detail was in place, these experiences taught me the importance of reliability and teamwork in leadership. I also took charge of organizing and supervising younger students from Grades 6 and 7 on Teachers’ Day, ensuring the day’s activities went seamlessly. Though simple at first glance, these experiences shaped my belief that true leadership isn’t about visibility—it’s about showing up, taking responsibility, and making sure others can shine.
