Leadership

Leadership, for me, has never been about holding titles—it’s about creating spaces where ideas grow, people feel included, and impact lasts. From co-founding initiatives and directing large teams to guiding younger students and representing my school, each role has taught me resilience, creativity, and responsibility. This page brings together the positions I’ve been entrusted with and the projects I’ve led, each one shaping me into a stronger, more grounded leader.

Quiz Club President (Grades 11–12, JPIS)

JPIS Finance Club – Logistics Head

Revived the Quiz Club through a complete redesign and regular content creation. Designed weekly assembly quizzes with faculty, mentored juniors in public speaking and research, and built a stronger culture of curiosity and confidence in school.

Led logistics for the flagship “Future of Finance” event. Coordinated research, newsletters, and scheduling, ensuring professional delivery of a student-run initiative.

Harvard Young Leadership Winter Program

Attended a highly competitive 10-day in-person HMC program at Harvard University, MA, as part of an international cohort of student leaders. Through faculty-led workshops, I strengthened my research, public speaking, negotiation, and basic coding skills. For my capstone, I created Equality Cinema, a platform exploring gender and media representation. The program expanded my global perspective and showed me how to turn ideas into meaningful, real-world projects.

Musica Universalis – Event Management Head

Vorfreude – Human Resources Intern

Lead the Event Management Team in Musica Universalis, a student-led nonprofit teaching music to underprivileged children across Rajasthan. Coordinate 50+ events in a hybrid format, curate interactive sessions, and manage volunteers to ensure smooth outreach and meaningful engagement. This role blends creativity with logistics, allowing me to bring the joy of music to communities that need it most.

Worked simultaneously in the Human Resources Department and the Jaipur Events Team for over a year at this youth-led nonprofit. In HR, I oversaw editorial and graphic design departments, coordinated volunteers, and streamlined internal communications. My contributions combined organizational structure with on-ground impact, earning recognition for reliability and initiative.
