Leadership

Leadership, for me, has never been about holding titles—it’s about creating spaces where ideas grow, people feel included, and impact lasts. From co-founding initiatives and directing large teams to guiding younger students and representing my school, each role has taught me resilience, creativity, and responsibility. This page brings together the positions I’ve been entrusted with and the projects I’ve led, each one shaping me into a stronger, more grounded leader.

Quiz Club President (Grades 11–12, JPIS)

JPIS Finance Club – Logistics Head

Revived the Quiz Club through a complete redesign and regular content creation. Designed weekly assembly quizzes with faculty, mentored juniors in public speaking and research, and built a stronger culture of curiosity and confidence in school.

Led logistics for the flagship “Future of Finance” event. Coordinated research, newsletters, and scheduling, ensuring professional delivery of a student-run initiative.

Harvard Young Leadership Winter Program

Attended a highly competitive 10-day in-person HMC program at Harvard University, MA, where I was part of an international cohort of young leaders. The experience honed my research skills, public speaking, negotiation, and even basic coding, all taught through workshops by Harvard faculty and mentors. As my capstone project, I launched Equality Cinema, a digital platform analyzing gender and media representation. This initiative combined my research training with communication and design skills, encouraging youth to engage critically with equity in media. The program not only sharpened my confidence and global perspective, but also solidified my ability to transform ideas into impactful projects.

My contributions combined organizational structure with on-ground impact, earning recognition for reliability and initiative.
